The estimated delivery time is 10 to 25 business days. In the case of the Islands, it may take slightly longer.

If customs delays occur and the order is held in Spain, this time will not be counted as part of the delivery timeframe.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting the shipping company (CTT Express) to find out the reason for the delay.

If the post office has no information about your order, please contact us immediately so we can verify it with our suppliers.

All shipments are free of charge, both within Spain and to other countries.

The order will be dispatched from the factory within 2 to 6 business days after it is placed, provided there is stock availability. In case of any issue, we will contact you to modify or cancel the order.

Within the delivery timeframe, please take into account local holidays both at the origin and destination of the order, as there will be no deliveries on those days.

All deliveries will be made in person if you are at home. If you are not available, the order may be left in your mailbox (if the size allows) or delivered to the concierge of your residential building.

If a logistical issue with your order is confirmed, we will issue a full refund of your purchase immediately after proper verification.

The tracking code for your order will be sent to you by email within 2 to 6 business days after the order confirmation.
