SHIPPING ADDRESS INSTRUCTIONS
At GoalTee, we make sure your products are delivered to the address you provide. To avoid delivery issues, please carefully review your address when placing your order.

IN CASE OF RECIPIENT’S ABSENCE
It is important that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your products. Correos will attempt to deliver the package up to three times. If no one is available to receive it, the package will be taken to the nearest post office, where it will remain for 7 calendar days for you to collect. If it is not collected within this period, the package will be returned to us and a new shipping fee will be charged to resend the product.

All information regarding delivery attempts and the address of the post office will be available in the order tracking, accessible on the Correos website using the tracking code we will provide.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
GoalTee is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If the address is wrong or incomplete, Correos will return the package to us without making further delivery attempts. In this case, no refund will be issued and a new shipping payment will be required to resend the product.

DELIVERY TIMES
The estimated delivery time is 10 to 25 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that factors such as customs delays, postal strikes, adverse weather conditions, or public holidays may delay delivery. Additionally, order processing may take 1 to 3 days. We offer free shipping, but the maximum guaranteed delivery time is 60 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS
Our products are generally delivered through CTT Express. However, in cases of recipient absence, delivery limitations in certain regions, or incorrect addresses, the customer may need to collect the product at the nearest post office.

Please ensure that your address is complete and correct to avoid returns. If the product is returned due to an error in the address provided, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Correos will make up to three delivery attempts. If these attempts fail, the product will be held at the post office for 7 days before being returned.

IMPORTANT NOTES
All imports may be subject to customs procedures or additional taxes. If you incur any extra charges for your order, GoalTee will cover those costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of paying the charge, providing the amount paid to Correos and a copy of the official receipt. We will reimburse the costs incurred.
